Real EUDR support, not just a text field
A guide, wood origin records and geolocation export. TIMBERPOLIS helps you prepare supporting data for the EU Deforestation Regulation. We are finishing these tools right now.
Coming soon. We are working on these tools right now and they will be available soon. We plan to launch them before 30 December 2026, when the regulation starts to apply to timber.
What you can prepare for EUDR
Record the origin of wood where it starts — in the forest, while measuring.
Terms, roles and obligations clearly explained right in the app, in your language.
Origin data is recorded together with the measurement — nothing is retyped afterwards.
Add the location and boundaries of the plot from the map.
Geolocation export with a polygon shape check before you send it.
When a delivery is transferred by QR code, the EUDR reference numbers are passed on to the buyer.
Entering data and standard export to PDF and Excel need no subscription. GeoJSON export is part of the LITE and PRO subscriptions.

The app prepares supporting data for EUDR. Your obligations depend on your role: primary operators submit the applicable declaration, while downstream operators and traders generally keep supply-chain information and declaration references instead of submitting their own due diligence statement.
Important notice on EUDR
The information, explanations, overviews and other content on this EUDR page are provided for information and support purposes only. They do not constitute a legal, professional or binding opinion and cannot be regarded as a guarantee of compliance with the obligations under Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (EUDR) or related legislation.
The same limitations apply to outputs generated by the app — in particular geolocation data, GeoJSON exports, completed or pre-filled forms, documents and indicative assessments of roles and deadlines. These outputs are supporting material for further processing by the user; generating them does not fulfil the due diligence obligation or the obligation to submit a due diligence statement. Responsibility for the content and accuracy of a statement submitted to the European Union information system lies solely with the operator or trader.
Map data, cadastral and forestry data come from third parties, in particular national surveying and forestry institutions, and are provided in the state in which they were obtained from them. The parcel boundaries shown are for information only and do not replace the binding data of the competent cadastral or forestry authority.
The EUDR is applied in each Member State together with national legislation, which differs in particular in the designation of the competent authority, penalties and document requirements. The content of this page may not fully reflect these national differences.
The content of this page is available in several language versions. Translating technical and legal terms may lead to inaccuracies, loss of nuance, or some language versions not being updated at the same time as others. The only binding text of legislation is the one published in the Official Journal of the European Union or, where applicable, in the official collection of laws of the Member State concerned.
The EUDR legal framework is evolving and may be amended or supplemented by legal acts of the European Union, guidance from the European Commission, or decisions of competent authorities or courts. There may therefore be a delay between a change in legal or methodological requirements and the update of this website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DREVARI.SK, s.r.o. does not guarantee that the information on this page is complete, error-free or up to date at all times, or that it is suitable for a user's specific situation.
Users are responsible for verifying the current obligations that apply to their activities, products and supply chain. For decisions with legal or commercial consequences, we recommend checking the information against current official sources of the European Union and, where necessary, consulting the competent authority or a qualified professional.
More detailed terms of use and limitations of liability are also set out in the official Terms of Use of the platform.

Frequently asked questions
What is EUDR?
The EU Deforestation Regulation 2023/1115. Anyone placing timber on the EU market must show it does not come from deforested land and provide the geolocation of the plot of origin.
How does the app help with EUDR?
We are working on these tools right now and they will be available soon, before 30 December 2026. The app will store the location of the plot of origin with your timber records and prepares the data needed for the due diligence statement.
Does the app replace legal advice?
No. The app helps collect and organize data; the operator remains responsible for meeting EUDR obligations.
