Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Write to us using the contact form on the portal.
Does the app work without signal?
Yes. The tally recorder, quick recorder and tree and stump records work completely without internet, and the data is sent automatically once the signal returns. The log volume and lumber volume calculators always work offline. Actions that change inventory and documents need a connection.
Will I lose my measurements if my phone goes missing?
No, if you use an account with the PRO subscription. Your data is also stored on the server — sign in on a new phone and your measurements are there.
Can several people in a company use the app?
Yes. Each worker gets their own access with the permissions you set, and everyone works with the same data. How many devices you can use depends on the plan you have subscribed to.
Which languages is the app available in?
In 29 languages, including English (UK and US), German, French, Spanish, Polish, Czech and Slovak.
Is the app available for iPhone (iOS)?
Not yet. The app is available for Android on Google Play.
How much does the app cost?
The app is free to download. You can use the tally recorder, log volume and lumber volume calculators without a subscription. Data transfer between devices, inventory, the marketplace on mobile and company features are part of a subscription.
My colleague got a different number than I did. Why?
Almost always it's a different scaling rule — Huber, Doyle, JAS and others measure differently, and the difference is real, not an error. Compare the scaling rule, decimal places and rounding in the settings.
Will the app help me with EUDR?
Yes, we are working on it and it will be available soon, before 30 December 2026. The app will prepare supporting data: a guide, wood origin records and a geolocation export in GeoJSON format with a polygon shape check. Your EUDR obligations depend on your role: primary operators submit the declaration, while downstream operators and traders generally keep supply-chain information and declaration references.
